All Category 1 & 2 Food Businesses across Australia Must Now Comply with FSC 3.2.2A

Changes affects all states and territories, including South Australia, Western Australia, Tasmania, Northern Territory

All category 1 and category 2 businesses must have a trained food safety supervisor on staff

All food safety supervisors must undergo training through an RTO under their industry category

Food Safety Supervisor training must be completed every 5 years
