If you can’t log into your account, it could be due to one of the following reasons:

• You are entering incorrect login information

• There is a technical issue with your account

The first solution you should try is to ensure you are entering the correct information. Your user ID will be the email address you signed up to the course with. You can find your password on the initial email you were sent by QMS Audits when you enrolled on the course. Check that you are entering these both correctly when you are logging in. If this still doesn’t work, try entering your email address into the login window and clicking the change password button. You will be sent an email with instructions to change your password. Otherwise, if you do not receive an email please get into contact with us on 1300 404 505 and choose the training option.

Once you have purchased the course, your username and password will be emailed to you from the QMS Audits email account.

Be sure to check your mail inbox, spam folder and/ or any other relevant folder if you cannot find this email.

Your user ID is the email you signed up with.

If you have forgotten your password, you can search your email inbox for the original email that contains your login details. If you cannot find this, there is a reset password function which will allow us to send you an email with a link that will help you to reset your password.

QMS Audits Food Safety Supervisor courses allow three attempts for students to successfully complete each of their assessments.

If you have exhausted all of these attempts our site will not allow you to continue. If this occurs, please get in contact with us on 1300 404 505 and choose the training option.
