This course takes around a day to complete if done in one sitting. However, this time depends on your working pace and the time it takes for your supervisor to complete the supervisor checklist. You have the ability to pause and resume the course if you would prefer to complete it over a longer amount of time.

Once you have purchased the course on our website, it will be available to access for 12 months from the date of accessing the course. You can take as long as you want to complete the course within this timeframe, so you do not need to rush!

Upon the successful completion of all assessments, we aim to process and provide you with a digital statement of attainment within 5 business days. If you require a printed certificate, you will receive your certificate within at least 30 calendar days of the completion of the course provided all fees have been paid. NSW certificates are issued within 10 working days of graduation.

Once your certificate has been issued you will have recognition as a qualified Food Safety Supervisor for the next 5 years. Once your 5 years are up, you will be required to take a renewal training course.

If you get qualified before December 8, 2023 (when standard 3.2.2a comes into effect) you will be granted 5 years of certification from December 8.
